I’ve been fortunate enough lately to have a couple articles get published in the past two Gripped Magazines. Thanks to Lauren Watson for finding my path interesting enough to honor me with the North Faces Profile. I was excited about this article because it emphasized the work I have done towards the women’s courses and the importance of them.
I was also asked to write an article for Gripped on how to prepare your gear for the ice season. Since I rarely do ANYTHING…I was a little perplexed by this request. I liked the challenge though and started asking around. Most of my lucky and talented friends however are sponsored so they were or little help! I decided to do a gear motivated and gear lazy list. I didn’t expect it to be a full two pages plus a picture! The magazine is full of great pictures and articles, with Jen Olson being on the cover, Lilla and Mandoline in the Northern Exposures, and Kendra in Brandon Pullan’s article!
